Nasiru El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna State, has honoured the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s (EFCC) request.
The leader of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, was previously summoned for interrogation regarding alleged corruption in his administration.
He arrived at the EFCC headquarters with hundreds of his supporters.
Recently, the former governor refused arrest at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Thursday last week.
In a series of interviews granted after the airport drama, El-Rufai accused the National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu of orchestrating the attempted arrest.
