The group stage of the expanded 2026 FIFA World Cup has ended, with all 32 teams that qualified for the knockout stage now confirmed.
The tournament, being co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, features 48 teams for the first time, with the top two teams from each of the 12 groups and the eight best third-placed teams progressing to the Round of 32.
The Round of 32 will be played from June 28 to July 3, with several blockbuster fixtures already lined up, including Brazil vs Japan, Germany vs Paraguay, France vs Sweden and England vs DR Congo.
