Nigeria’s D’Tigress and Senegal will clash in the semi-finals at the ongoing 2025 Women’s AfroBasket in Côte d’Ivoire.

Senegal defeated hosts Côte d’Ivoire, 66-60, in a keenly contested quarter-final tie to book a place in the last four.

The Senegalese are coached by former D’Tigress coach Otis Hughley.

Nigeria overpowered Cameroon 83-47 to seal a place in the semi-finals.

Rena Wakama’s side are now unbeaten in 27 games at the Women’s AfroBasket finals.

D’Tigress are looking to make history as the first team to win five consecutive titles in the history of the competition.

Mali and South Sudan will clash in the other last-four tie.
