With utmost humility and a deep sense of responsibility, I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kassim Shettima, GCON, the Senate President and Chairman of National Assembly, His Excellency, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON, the National Chairman of our great party, APC, His Excellency, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum and Governor of Kwara State, H.E AbdulRahman AbdulRazak, the Chairman of APC National Campaign Council for Edo State Governorship Election and Governor of Cross Rivers State, H.E Bassey Otu, the Vice Chairman of APC National Campaign Council for Edo State Governorship Election and Governor of Ondo State, H.E Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Governor of the Progressive Governors Forum and Imo State Governor, H.E Hope Uzodinma, the Chairman of North Central Governors Forum and Governor of Nasarawa State, H.E Abdullahi Sule, Chairman of South West Governors Forum and Lagos State Governor, H.E Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Kogi State, H.E Ahmed Ododo, Governor of Jigawa State, H.E Umar Namadi, and Governor of the State of Ogun, H.E Dapo Abiodun.
I wish to also thank my colleagues and members of the 10th National Assembly, members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the national leadership and members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the country for your support towards making our Mega Rally on Saturday, the 14th of September, 2024, a resounding success.
Through your presence and support, we sent a clear and loud message to all that APC is united, formidable and has all it takes to win the forthcoming governorship election in Edo State.
I am grateful to the great people and residents of Edo State who turn-out in large numbers and stood for several hours to demonstrate their organic support and express their resolve to take back their State from economic buccaneers that’ve set the State backward, compromised our future and crashed the developmental trajectory set in motion by the administration of Senator Adams Oshiomhole.
I am deeply grateful to the great Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewauare ll, for his royal prayers.
I am immensely grateful to everyone for the unconditional love. Your faith in my capacity to create an Edo of our shared dream will never be betrayed.
