Moreover, Arsene Wenger is personally very interested in buying this pocket-size forward. Experts said that he convinced Arsenal bosses to make this worthwhile purchase.

As it became known to Naij.com, Jean-Michel Aulas, Lyon president, emphasized that Lacazette will soon move to the Premier League and sign and contract.

He also revealed some secrets of the future deal. According to Aulas, at the very beginning Arsenal offered 45 million euro. However, later the parties agreed that the transfer price would be raised to 50 million euro. Lyon president also added such a sum was a great surprise for him because usually, Arsenal did not pay such huge money for players.

Lacazette is 24 years old. In 2016, he scored 37 goals in 45 games. He is firmly believed to give a significant boost to his new club’s front-line. Experts also predict that with the arrival of the new striker, Olivier Giroud will leave the Emirates Stadium forever.
