Gian Piero Gasperini, Atalanta’s manager, and winger Ademola Lookman displayed their awards ahead of La Dea’s Serie A match against Empoli on Sunday night.
Gasperini was just elected Serie A Manager of the Month, and Lookman was named African Footballer of the Year.
Atalanta defeated Empoli 3-2, adding to the evening’s excitement.
Lookman scored La Dea’s second goal in the entertaining match.
The Nigerian has 11 goals and five assists in 19 appearances in all competitions for the UEFA Europa League champions this season.
Atalanta has won their last 11 league games.
