The Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, have dismissed the petition filed by the Social Democratic Party (SDP), challenging the election of Senator Monday Okpebholo.
Chairman of the three man Tribunal, Justice Wilfred Kpochi dismissed the petition after the petition Counsel, Jackson Ehiavhie told the Tribunal they would not want to go on with the case anymore following a directive from the National Secretariat of SDP.
