Famous Canadian music star Celine Dion has announced her return to the stage after years of her battle with an incurable illness.
Announcing her return in a now-trending video shared on her Instagram page to celebrate her 58th birthday, the singer said she’s returning with a concert series in Paris, France, starting from September 12 to October 14, 2026.
While appreciating her fans for their prayers and love, Celine Dion said, ‘You have helped me in ways that I cannot describe. I’m truly so fortunate to have your support.
“I have missed you so much. I’m singing again, and even doing a little bit of dancing”, Celine announced.
The announcement came nearly three years after she cancelled her world tour following a battle with a neurological disorder.
Celine was diagnosed with an incurable disease that causes one’s muscles to tense uncontrollably, “Stiff Person Syndrome”, in 2022.
She made her first public appearance in 2024 during the 66th Grammy Awards ceremony, after which she has not been in public.
