A former Special Assistant (New Media) to former Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu of Edo State, Comrade Ogochukwu Isioma, has congratulated Mr. Collins Edomaruse on his appointment as Special Adviser on International Development Partners to Governor Monday Okpebholo.
