Gov Okpebholo Congratulates House Speaker Agbebaku on Birthday Anniversary 

His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has congratulated the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Blessing Agbebaku, on the occasion of his birthday.

​In a press statement released today by his Chief Press Secretary, Fred Itua, the Governor praised the Speaker for his support and partnership in rebuilding Edo State.

​”On behalf of the government and the good people of Edo State, I celebrate a true partner in progress, Rt. Hon. Speaker Blessing Agbebaku, as he marks his birthday,” Governor Okpebholo stated.

“His leadership of the legislative arm has been very remarkable. His maturity, inclusiveness, and a deep sense of responsibility, leading to the harmonious relationship between the Executive and the Legislature that is crucial for our State’s rapid progress.”

Governor Okpebholo highlighted the Speaker’s role in ensuring the timely passage of people-oriented bills and resolutions that have positively impacted the lives of Edo residents.

“Speaker Agbebaku has demonstrated exceptional political sagacity and the ability to rally his colleagues across the aisle, ensuring that the legislative business of the House supports our administration’s ‘SHINE’ agenda. We are proud of his achievements and his continuous drive for excellence.”

The Governor offered prayers for the Speaker, wishing him sound health, strength, and God’s wisdom to continue serving the state and his constituents with dedication.
