The supporters of the dethroned 15th emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, held special prayer for the monarch to reclaim his throne.
Aminu Ado Bayero was deposed along with four other emirs by Kano Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on Thursday.
But the dethroned Bayero, however, returned to Kano on Saturday and went straight to a mini palace in Nasarawa.
His supporters thronged the airport to welcome him and later accompanied him to the mini palace.
