Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello on Tuesday again presented himself at office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja.
According to reports, Bello, who was accompanied by his team of lawyers, drove himself to the anti-graft commission’s office.
The development followed the judgement of the Supreme Court which dismissed a suit by some states on the constitutionality of the EFCC.
In April, the EFCC declared Bello wanted over alleged money laundering to the tune of N80.2 billion.
On September 18, the ex-governor visited the commission’s office accompanied by his successor, Usman Ododo.
In his latest visit, Bello drove himself in a black Toyota Hilux pickup.
At the last hearing of the fresh money laundering case against Bello before the Federal High Court on November 14, the EFCC sought for adjournment till November 27, saying that the 30-day window was still running for the summons earlier issued.
