The Chief Judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo, has dissolved a 12-year-old marriage of Mr Ayodele Adeleke and Ayodele Adebukola, over an alleged threat to life.

The consummation of the marriage which was held on December 29, 2012, ceased on 25th February, 2018, when the respondents reportedly packed out of her matrimonial home to her parents’ house.

The petitioner alleged that the respondent usually picked a serious quarrel with him whenever there was little argument and it usually resulted in a threat to his life.

He prayed the court to dissolve the marriage to enable him to have peace of mind.
