Secretary to Ekiti State Government who doubles as the Chairman of the Committee on Ease of Doing Business in the State, Mr. Abiodun Oyebanji has charged all stakeholders involved in facilitating businesses in the state to join hands with the Fayemi-led administration to make the state attractive to investors.
Mr. Oyebanji made this known in Ado-Ekiti at a Reform Workshop
on Ease of Doing Business organized for representatives of relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the state.
The State’s Scribe, who stressed that no investor will invest
in a state ranked low by the World Bank in all indicators of Ease of
Doing Business, urged them to do everything expected of them to
improve business environment in the state.
He noted that the workshop was organized to provide platform
for World Bank and Dawn Commission to share their findings and recommendations on how to positively impact on the State’s doing business ranking.

Oyebanji tasked the participants to reciprocate government’s

efforts at transforming the state by contributing their own quota as
government alone cannot bring about the desired result.

He encouraged them to see the forum as an avenue to share and

draw ideas that will move the state forward.
