The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Nigerian Air Force, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar has hosted some journalists to a question as answer session as part of the activities marking the service’s 60th anniversary.  The event was held at the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Headquarters in Abuja.

Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Vice Marshal Edward Gabkwet in a statement said, the parley was part of NAF’s 60th Anniversary celebrations, which offer a platform to reflect on past achievements, highlight current successes, and outline plans under his leadership.

Air Marshal Abubakar stressed the crucial role of the media in shaping public perception and understanding of NAF operations.
He shared strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing force structure, enhancing operational capabilities, and improving personnel welfare.

The CAS also provided insights into ongoing and upcoming projects designed to enhance NAF’s operational effectiveness.
