Recall that the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries USA recently secured a resounding judgment against Funke Ashekun for Defamation of its reputation and that of its General Overseer, Dr Daniel Olukoya and the Jury unanimously awarded a punitive damages in the sum of 300,000 Dollars against Funke Ashekun in favour of MFM
Having ran around the whole world begging for money but failed in her mission to further swindle the public and in order to escape the consequences of her years of defamation, she decided to file an appeal against the verdict of the Jury hanging on her head.
However, the Appeal court of Maryland United States rising from its decision on May 7th, 2026, refused and rejected her appeal in totality and same was dismissed.
