US Election Debate: ‘I’m Not Joe Biden, You’re Running Against Me’, Kamala Harris knocks Trump

Kamala Harris has expressly stated to Donald Trump that he is running against her and not Joe Biden.

She said this during a face-off in their first televised presidential debate.

Her comment comes after Trump had focussed most of his criticism on Biden at the heated ABC debate.

Trump’s criticism hinged on Biden who dropped out of the presidential race after a dismal debate performance against him in July.

In response to that, Harris stated,”I’m Not Joe Biden. I’m Not Donald Trump,” Harris said. You’re running against me, not Biden.

“It’s important to remind the former president you’re not running against Joe Biden, you’re running against me,” she retorted.

Trump and Harris in the debate have locked horns over a range of issues, including abortion policies, immigration, US inflation, the Israel-Hamas war, the Russia-Ukraine war, the state of the US economy post-pandemic, etc.
