2027: APC Acting National Chairman, Dalori Speaks on Coalition

In an interview with BBC Hausa, Dalori, who took over office on Monday following the resignation of the APC chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, said the coalition is only popular in Abuja.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Acting National Chairman, Ali Bukar Dalori, has rubbished the coalition being formed to sack the ruling party in the 2027 elections.

In an interview with BBC Hausa, Dalori, who took over office on Monday following the resignation of the APC chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, said the coalition is only popular in Abuja.

According to him, the opposition figures spearheading the movement were only in the Abuja hotel and would depart the country immediately after they were defeated in the election.

He said, “Nobody is talking about a coalition except in Abuja.

“Even in Abuja, they are in a hotel, and when they are defeated in elections, they will leave the country”.
