The President of the Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI), Ambassador Emmanuel Obi Okafor, mni, on behalf of the National Executive Committee and the entire membership of the Association, heartily celebrates a distinguished Past President of AANI, Prince Julius Adelusi-Adeluyi, CON, OFR, mni, (SEC 12,1990) on the occasion of his 86th birthday, today, Sunday, 2nd August, 2026.
Born into royalty in Ado-Ekiti in 1940, Prince Adelusi-Adeluyi chose a life defined not by privilege but by knowledge, integrity, diligence, and selfless service to Nigeria. Over the decades, he has distinguished himself as an accomplished pharmacist, business leader, administrator, elder statesman, and former Minister of Health, leaving an enduring legacy of excellence in both the public and private sectors.
As President of AANI from 1999 to 2003, Prince Adelusi-Adeluyi provided visionary leadership that strengthened the Association’s commitment to promoting good governance, national unity, strategic leadership, and national development. His exemplary life, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to service continue to inspire members of the Association and countless Nigerians.
While congratulating this eminent patriot on attaining another milestone, Ambassador Okafor prays that the Almighty God will continue to bless him with good health, renewed strength, wisdom, and many more years of purposeful service to the nation and humanity.
