AFCON: Iwobi Declares Super Eagles Ready for Morocco Clash

Alex Iwobi says the Super Eagles will go all out for a win in their semi-final encounter against the Atlas Lions of Morocco.

The Super Eagles have hogged the headlines for their scintillating displays at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Éric Chelle’s side has won all five games and has scored the highest number of goals (14).

Iwobi declared that they would approach the game against the host nation with the same mentality.

“We are coming into the semi-final against the host Morocco with the same mentality we’ve had in previous games,” Iwobi said during his interaction with the media in Rabat on Tuesday.

“We hope to achieve the same results we’ve been getting, having won our last five matches.”

Wednesday’s encounter will hold at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, Rabat.

It will kick-off at 9pm Nigeria time.
