Former Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Political Matters, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, has stated that Tinubu will be the worst president if he returns to power in 2027.

Baba-Ahmed made the comment during an interview with Channels Television’s ‘Political Paradigm’ on Tuesday.

He stated that he had witnessed no change in President Tinubu’s record after his resignation as the president’s adviser, and that in fact, things had gotten worse.

“Our nation has been a lot more insecure now than I left. What I see at home and on the street when people speak, the level of desperation, poverty is most pronounced, especially in the Northern part of the country.

“I see a president who is amassing all the politicians around him with the hope that those politicians are going to deliver him in the second term.

“That is poor thinking. It’s not strategic and it’s not Tinubu that we used to hear about.

“I’m sorry to say that I think President Tinubu will make the worst president if he returns to power in 2027,” he said.
