BREAKING | APC’s Monday Okpebholo Wins Edo Governorship Election | METROWATCH

Senator Monday Okpebholo, candidate of the All Progressives Congress, has emerged the winner of the Saturday, September 21, 2024 governorship election.

Okpebholo emerged winner after polling a total vote of 291,657 votes ahead of his closest rival, Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party, who scored 247,526 votes.

While Okpebholo won a total of eleven local government areas across the three senatorial districts in the state, Ighodalo won the remaining seven local government areas.
