Death Toll in Plateau Attack Rises to 27, Says Sources

The death toll from the recent attack in Angwan Rukuba area of Plateau State has risen to 27, according to a fresh report released by AIT.

The attack, which has heightened tensions in the area, left several people injured, with victims receiving treatment in nearby medical facilities.

Security operatives have since been deployed to the affected community to restore calm and prevent further violence.

Millitary authorities in a statement “condemned the incident and assured residents that efforts are ongoing to apprehend those responsible”.
