Activist lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has said former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, who oppressed people while in office, is crying and begging for the rule of law.

El-Rufai made the remark after a failed attempt by security agents to arrest him at the Abuja International Airport upon his return from Cairo, Egypt.

The former governor refused to be arrested, instead demanded that the security operatives should officially send him a letter of invitation.
