Kingsley Nwegwu Expands Youth Empowerment Drive, Targets Unemployment Reduction

Philanthropist and former Deputy Chairman of the Labour Party in Anambra State, Kingsley Nwegwu, has intensified efforts to combat youth unemployment through a series of empowerment and support programmes.

A statement from his media office outlined initiatives focused on vocational training, job support schemes, and economic inclusion aimed at addressing rising financial vulnerability among young Nigerians.

The interventions also include monthly stipends for widows and infrastructure development projects in underserved communities, designed to improve livelihoods and reduce poverty levels.

Nwegwu, who once served as Special Assistant to former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, has remained active in political engagement, contributing to grassroots mobilization and internal party development.
