Emeritus Professor Umaru Shehu of the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) has died. He was 97 years
He died today after a prolonged protracted illness.
Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the UMTH, Professor Ahmed Ahidjo said the father of community medicine in the hospital will be buried at about 4.30pm today.
