The Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo has on behalf of the government and good people of the State, congratulated Pastor Andrew Osagie and his dear wife, Prof. Mrs. Idia Ize-Iyamu, on their birthday anniversary.
The governor described the couple as distinguished Nigerians whose lives have greatly impacted humanity positively and commitment to national development.
In a joint birthday congratulatory message to the couple, he said, “you have both lived purposefully — grounded in faith, disciplined by hard work, and moved by genuine service to God and to people. The mark you have made, individually and together, is one that Edo State will not soon forget.”
“Your commitment to the things of God, to community, and to the wellbeing of those around you is a record that speaks without embellishment. It was built steadily, over many years, and it endures.”
The governor noted that, Prof. Mrs. Idia Ize-Iyamu, accomplishments in academia and her consistent effort to empower women and young Nigerians are a source of quiet pride for the state.
