The Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Council of the state-owned Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma.

In a statement on Tuesday issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., the governor named PDP Vice Chairman (South-South), Chief Dan Orbih as chairman of council.

Other members of the council include Martins Osakwe, Prof. Steve Amiemenkharu Iyayi, Hon. Lukman Muhammad, Prof. Idialu Jeremiah Uwaifo- Member, Prof. Eric Kelly Inanemo Omogbai and Prof. Omoruyi Ikponmwonse Osahon.

“The appointment of the aforementioned names to constitute the membership of the Governing Council, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, is with effect from December 31, 2024”, the statement noted.
