Reality TV star Phyna has defeated Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing by technical knockout in the fourth round of their celebrity boxing bout in Lagos.
The fight took place on Thursday at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, as part of a celebrity boxing event.
Phyna, whose real name is Josephina Otabor, stopped Nkechi Blessing in the scheduled four-round contest.
The bout followed weeks of public exchanges between the two entertainers, which had earlier included confrontations on social media and during a television appearance.
Phyna became the winner after the referee stopped the fight in the fourth round.
After the bout, Phyna said she was interested in pursuing boxing professionally.
She also called out actress Etinosa Idemudia, who was present at the event, as a potential next opponent.
Etinosa accepted the challenge, saying she was ready for the fight.
The celebrity boxing event also featured a bout between skit maker Carter Efe and entertainer Speed Darlington.
