Media mogul Dele Momodu has claimed that President Bola Tinubu has placed Nigeria under “a civilian dictatorship”.

Momodu stated this in a post on X on Wednesday evening.

According to him, both political opponents and leaders must embrace constructive criticism.

He wrote: “I stand gidigba by my opinion that what we have now is civilian dictatorship.

“Constructive criticism is not meant only for political opponents but for all leaders.

“I’m decent and civil enough to avoid the use of the type of uncouth and blistering words and public theatricals some born-again supporters of Tinubu used against him.

“I still shudder at the sheer depravity of how some people can switch overnight and think Tinubu has forgotten the level they descended, or that we all suffer from collective amnesia.

“I place Nigeria above other considerations.”
