Paris Saint-Germain forward, Ousmane Dembele, has named Arsenal as the team that deserved to be in the Champions League final.
Speaking to the media at his pre-match press conference ahead of PSG’s Champions League final with the Gunners on Saturday, Dembele insisted that the Premier League champions play great football, adding that they also have an exceptional coach in the person of Mikel Arteta.
“Arsenal are an excellent team — we have seen them run away with the Premier League title, but also what they showed us in the league phase,” Dembele said.
“Their journey has been great, they deserve to be in the final.
“They play great football and are great across the board. Set-pieces, everyone knows that. They have got an exceptional coach.”
Arsenal booked their place in the Champions League final after eliminating Atletico Madrid in the semi-final stage.
