Ambassador-designate Femi Fani-Kayode has congratulated Olatunji Rilwan Disu on his appointment as the new Inspector-General of Police.

Fani-Kayode prayed that God would guide and lead Disu in the new assignment bestowed on him by President Bola Tinubu.

Posting on X, he described the newly appointed police chief as a brilliant writer, accomplished artist, and formidable intellectual.

He also praised Disu as a focused, effective, fair-minded, and vigilant law enforcement officer.

“Congratulations to Olatunji Rilwan Disu on his appointment as the Inspector-General of the Nigerian Police Force.
