The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwatda, has said that the ongoing reforms by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu require patience and sacrifice from Nigerians.

Yilwatda made this known in his Eid-el-Kabir message, signed by Abimbola Tooki, Special Adviser to the National Chairman of APC (Media and Information Strategy), to Muslims across the country, where he stressed that the current policies are necessary for the country’s long-term progress.

According to him, while the reforms may come with challenges, they are important steps towards restoring economic stability and building a stronger nation.

“While the reforms may require patience and shared sacrifice, they are necessary steps towards restoring economic stability, strengthening institutions and securing a brighter future for generations yet unborn,” he said.

He explained that the success of the reforms depends largely on the support and understanding of citizens.

He urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and committed during the process.

Yilwatda added that the administration is focused on repositioning the country for sustainable growth, improved infrastructure, better security and job creation.

“The leadership of President Tinubu, Nigeria will emerge stronger, more resilient and economically competitive among the comity of nations,” he added.

He further appealed to Nigerians to use the Eid celebration to offer fervent prayers for the peace, unity, security and progress of the country, as well as for wisdom and divine guidance for leaders at all levels.
