Human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has mocked embattled former Attorney-General of the Federation, AGF, Abubakar Malami, SAN, saying he is currently battling the same justice system he once defended during his time in government.
A video circulating online showed Sowore addressing Malami during the AGF’s appearance at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
He accused Malami of boasting during the administration of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.
“You see how it feels now to be persecuted. When you were with Buhari, you were bragging. We warned you then that there was failure in the justice system, but you didn’t listen, and now the system is dealing with you.
“There is failure in the system. The system is dealing with you now,” Sowore said.
