The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, has debunked reports stating that a special force has been formed to arrest youths with dreads and miniskirts in the state.
He made this known on his X page on Sunday.
A viral report circulating on social media alleged that a special force has been trained in Delta State to arrest youths wearing rugged jeans and miniskirts, amongst other clothes.
Reacting to the report, Edafe wrote, “Members of the public particularly residents in Delta State are advised to completely disregard this. It is fake pls. PEACE.”
